We offer the following teaching positions:

音樂導師

Faculty Staff

入職條件:

(i) 凡擁有本地或世界各地音樂學院、或大學音樂系音樂本科學士或以上學歷。

(i) At least Bachelor Music Degree Holder from any local or oversea Conservatorium of Music or University.

(ii) 具五年或以上音樂/樂器教學經驗。

(ii) Have at least 3 years of Music / Instrumental Teaching experience.

(iii) 品格良好，有責任心，一表師才。

(iii) Require good moral Conduct, good sprit in profession and, be a responsible teacher.

本中心學費工資分成政策

本中心實施100%全數學費付給老師的工資分成政策，只要是良師，經本中心錄用，所收得的學費本中心不會佔任何抽佣或分成，全數歸老師所得。此政策主旨在推動老師教學，令他們工作愉快，收入更好，而學生付費更實惠。更重要的是本中心相信唯行仁政，還富於民，無為而治，才能最大效率地推動社會進步。
